🌟 Hi, I’m Nasim! 🌟 

I've always been a dreamer at heart. 

As a child, I would fall asleep listening to story tapes, never imagining that one day I'd be creating magical worlds for children to explore through books. 🌈📚

Today, I'm the illustrator behind every Hug and Read story, and every page I create is filled with love, warmth, and the little details that make childhood so special. 

I adore illustrating cuddles, giggles, bedtime rituals, and those quiet moments of connection between parents and their children because they're often the memories that last forever. 💛

In December 2025, I welcomed my beautiful daughter, Janan, into the world. 

Becoming a mum has made these stories even more meaningful to me. Now, I get to experience the very moments I once imagined while illustrating them, and reading We've Got a Daughter to my own little girl has been one of the most magical fullcircle moments of my life.

From my cosy home, often with my faithful dog Belfi nearby, I continue to pour my heart into every illustration. Knowing that families laugh, cuddle, and create precious memories with our books is the greatest inspiration I could ask for.
