Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product you purchase:

• Is faulty
• Does not match the description
• Is not fit for its intended purpose

These rights apply automatically and cannot be excluded.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchase.
Please review product descriptions carefully, especially the written language of the book, before placing your order.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your book is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request efficiently, include the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the book's fault 

If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A full refund
• A replacement item

We may request the return of the item before issuing a refund or replacement.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Postage costs for returning faulty items may be reimbursed where required by law.
